In this section we will review how to create a task, or manual reminder in the system and the options with that task.

Create a task:

  1. Search for the member or lead you would like to create a task for by the upper left hand search bar.

  2. When the search results appear find the person you were looking for by clicking on the tabs above.
  3. Hover over the actions button .
  4. Click Create Task.
  5. A new window will pop up that gives an option to choose the day you wish the task to be complete. 
  6. Click schedule and the task will move to the chosen day.




Click Schedule and the task will appear on your agenda for the day selected.

Reschedule a task:

  1. Hover over the actions button and click Reschedule task
  2. A new window will pop up that gives an option to choose the day you wish the task to be complete. 
  3. Enter any additional notes to go with the task
  4. Click Reschedule and the task will move to the chosen day.
