Preparing your InTouch site for Integration

The InTouch Support team will enable the InTouch Connector for your club once you have completed the steps below. Please note that the steps below are for clubs that have already begun the integration process. For information on how to begin the integration process with an existing CMS partner, contact us at Support@InTouchFollowUp.com.

In order for leads that are sent from InTouch Follow-Up to your club management system (CMS) to be assigned to the correct staff or lead sources (if applicable, see below), we need to ensure that the lead sources and staff match in both systems. Here is what you need to do to ensure that:

Setting up Staff

  1. Add the staff person to your CMS first and be sure to include an email address
  2. Add the staff person to InTouch and include that same email address

If you have already created the staff person in InTouch first, you can add the staff to your CMS then go back to InTouch Follow-Up, open the Staff tab and just click Edit>Save on that staff person again.

Setting up Lead Sources

This is only applicable if your Club Management System (CMS) has a field for Lead Sources.

  1. Add the lead source to your CMS first
  2. Add the lead source to InTouch Follow-Up and be sure to match the name exactly

If you have already created the lead sources in InTouch Follow-Up  first, you can add the lead source to CMS then go back to InTouch Follow-Up, click the Admin>Lead Properties>Lead Sources tab and just click Edit>Save on that lead source again.
