  1. Clear your browser Cache - click this link to see how to clear cache for various browsers - http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache 
  2. Try a different browser e.g.  Firefox 
  3.  Check you have the latest version of Adobe Flash http://www.playerversion.com/
  4. Try accessing these links in your browser if  you cannot access them then you need their IT administrator to whitelist these URLs for the login to InTouch to work-   http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/swz/crossdomain.xml  and http://fpdownload.adobe.com/crossdomain.xml
  5. Ensure that the following URLs have been whitelisted : -
    1. intouchtechnology.com
    2. *.intouchtechnology.com
    3. intouchfollowup.com
    4. *.intouchfollowup.com
    5. fpdownload.adobe.com

  6. If you are using Internet Explorer 10 or 11  you will need to enable compatibility view
  7. Email support the specifications  of your PC with OS and browser by clicking this link http://supportdetails.com/ then in the fields at the top enter your name and email address and recipients email = support@intouchfollowup.com
