In this section we will review how to create a task, or manual reminder in the system and the options with that task.

Create a task:

  1. Search for the member or lead you would like to create a task for by the upper left hand search bar.

  2. When the search results appear, type the persons name and find the person you were looking for by clicking on the tabs above.
  3. Hover over the actions button .
  4. Click Create Task.
  5. A new window will pop up that gives an option to choose the day you wish the task to be complete. 
  6. Click schedule and the task will move to the chosen day. 




 

Reschedule a task:

  1. Hover over the actions button and click Reschedule task
  2. A new window will pop up that gives an option to choose the day you wish the task to be complete. 
  3. Enter any additional notes to go with the task
  4. Click Reschedule and the task will move to the chosen day.






 

Cancel Task:

  1. Hover over the actions button and click Cancel Task'
  2. Type in why you are cancelling the task
  3. Click Cancel Task




 

Complete a task:

  1. Hover over the actions button and click 'Complete Task'
  2. A new box will pop up.  Enter any notes
  3. Click Save
