titleKiosk Troubleshooting

This page is designed to help you evaluate and resolve any issues you are having with your InTouch Welcome Kiosk. The most common issues we see are due to un-optimized wireless connections so make sure to review our Wireless Guidelines. Get the most out of your Kiosk by giving it the best connection!

Select a question or item below to start troubleshooting a kiosk issue:

  • Kiosk freezes or gets stuck "Sending Data"

  • Kiosk just has a solid blue page
    >> This indicates that your kiosk is not connected to your wireless network or cannot connect to the internet. See Wireless Guidelines.
    >> If you have just received your kiosk, contact our Help Desk to assist you in getting your new kiosk on to your wireless network.

  • Kiosk loads to a white page that reads "Webpage not available".
    >> This indicates that your kiosk is not connected to your wireless network or cannot connect to the internet. See Wireless Guidelines.
    >> If you have just received your kiosk, contact our Help Desk to assist you in getting your new kiosk on to your wireless network.
  • Samsung tablet keeps powering off
    >> Make sure your kiosk is plugged in to a WALL outlet and NOT a computer. Samsung tablets need to be plugged in to the wall in order to charge properly.
    >> Make sure your wall outlet (or surge protector) is kept on
    >> If both of the above criteria are met and the problem persists, contact our Help Desk

  • I get an error message that reads "Unfortunately, MokiTouch has stopped" and my kiosk application won't load
    >> Please contact our Help Desk for assistance.
