Client Guide for Jonas I4
Objective/Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements to integrate Jonas I4 with the InTouch Connector. The intended audience is the administrator or manager of the club that wants integration between InTouch and I4, via the Connector.
About The Connector
The Connector is simply the piece of software that handles all the communication between the two systems. The primary use case is that when a prospect (aka lead) is added to InTouch, that prospect will automatically be sent to I4, preventing the need for duplicate entry. Updates to the lead will also flow from InTouch to I4 via the Connector. Please see the 'Connector Overview' document for more information
Understanding Data Integration
The InTouch/I4 integration allows for entry of new prospects only in InTouch. Update of prospects, members and ex-members is supported too. Also note the integration is one-way only. Data entered in I4 does not flow to InTouch.
Limitations
- The integration currently does not support any synchronization of staff
- The integration currently does not support any synchronization of lead sources
Requirements
The following attributes are required to turn on the integration
- The Jonas I4 ‘Company ID’ number. You may need to contact Jonas I4 to get this number.
- The Jonas I4 'Club ID' number which is unique per each 'club' (location). Each InTouch club is mapped to a I4 club. If you have multiple clubs, you will have multiple IDs
