Referral Leads Not Showing in Guest Log (Tour Now)

The referral lead was designed to gather lead names from members, especially at point of sale, and most often these leads were not physically at the club with the new member. To show they have been to the club (and to show them on your Guest Log), do the following:

1. Enter the Referral Lead and click Save

2. Click on the person's name (you can do this right from the Follow-Up box after you Save Lead or from any other screen such as the Leads tab or Search bar) - photo tour.now_1

3. Check the box next to Mark as Tour Now (photo tour.now_2) and then click Save

This will mark the lead as having come in to the club today. Photo tour.now_3 shows this person on your Guest Log.
